We're currently doing research and gathering thoughts, ideas, and best practices for effectively reaching the Millennial Generation (Gen Y, roughly age 7 to 24) ... the second largest generation in history. We see enormous opportunity, but there's also a lot at stake. Especially considering that many of this generation are already moving outside their prime receptive and values-setting years.

We've set the next seven years as the most critical, for in 2014 the largest wave will either be reached and discipled for Christ or will then be at an age (statistically) much more difficult to win. We're inaugurating this during the summer, simply because its the time we most think about children and youth outreach, but we all know that a comprehensive, 365-day, holistic solution is what is really needed. And, we believe there is one vastly overlooked key to winning the heart of this generation: the dreams of God inside.
